Carnival Melancholy

New petit doll. I've been missing them recently. The wax effect never disappoints me. I just love the resulting textures and colors! I went crazy again adding various pieces of wrapping: Winsor & Newton ink wrapping, Livorno bus tickets, chocolate wrapping..... It's so much fun :-)

Fishy Metamorphosis

I made this work some months ago and I didn't have the chance to take photos of it as it took part in an exhibition.. Unfortunately, it was kept alone and forgotten in a room at the gallery until some days ago when I saved it and brought it back home. This is the story of a fishy metamorphosis..... Those 7 friends will transform themselves into restaurant dishes.
