Running away from home

Those are some illustrations I made sometime at the beginning of the school year, which means 2012. :-D The title is "Running away from home". This is a kind of a children book written by the Romanian author Marin Sorescu.

PlayEnergy Awards Enel 2012

I have some awesome news for you! Remember the project organized by Enel I told you about some weeks ago? If you don't, then check out this post. Guess what, me and my mates got a one-day trip to Bucharest because...our team won second prize!! We went to Bucharest along with our teachers to participate at the awards. I think that was one of the most wonderful days of my life. It felt so good to be on stage. Our teachers were proud of us too. The material prize isn't as important for me as was the feeling I got from being there. Each member of our team won an iPod Shuffle and our school received 1500 euros. I'm actually waiting to get my diploma for my CV. All in all it was a great experience! Oh, and this photo below appeared in a local newspaper. :-D I wish events like this would happen much more often....

A pig's heaven

A pig's world is much more wonderful than we think. They aren't just animals! Pigs are happy beings; they play, eat and sleep all day long. They love life for sure. Many people don't like pigs because they stink and they enjoy playing in mud. So what? Pigs don't care, they are joyful anyway. Yes pigman! Stay true! Have you ever heard of Rococo? Well, I think pigs are the perfect animals for that kind of lifestyle. And this work is quite Rococo too :-))

Alpaca Zone

This is my most recent work made for school. I am fascinated by those so adorable looking beings. They are domestic animals living in the Andes. Alcapacas are grown for their long, soft and fluffy fur. I suppose they live a quite rough but happy life in the mountains along with their owner. :-D

A new world was born, final part

Finally I finished this 50/70, black and white ink on paper. I made it for an art exhibition named "Primordial". See the little sketch here. It changed pretty much, I know, but the idea is still the same. :-)

New beginning: The graphics department

Maybe I've never told you before that our class in divided in 3 departments: graphics, painting and sculpture. I used to be part of the painting department but, some time ago, I decided to make a change. I'm studying graphics from now on. That means that my works won't be so colorful anymore. Of course, I'm talking about those made at school. I have to get used to many many things. I don't now what's happening but some aspects have changed very suddenly after I started school, one week ago; including the fact that blogger looks different. O___O Wow! Actually, it's exciting when there's something going on.

EnergyPlay Project

Me and some other schoolmates are participating in a project named PlayEnergy, organized by Enel. Together with our chemistry teacher, who is actually the one who told us about all this thing, we had to think about ways of providing energy, energy sources, green energy and so on. Ramona and I had the awesome idea of inventing a game and a story. We thought about three children living in a big city. They set off on a long journey, searching for a green place where they can start a new life in the middle of nature. In the end they truly discover a paradise: a wooden house near a crystal-clear river.  So here it is. We have been working on it the last few days. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw it finished. Tomorrow, we are going to show it to our teacher. I really hope she'll be amazed.

Dervent Creation Camp

I didn't mention in my previous posts the fact that I just came back from a one-week creation camp . The whole thing took place at the Dervent Monastery. We were a small group of 11 students and 3 teachers. :-D I loved the experience! I had the chance to paint outdoors, in the middle of nature surrounded by gorgeous countryside landscapes. I'm glad to say that my "plein air" adventure was a success. :-) They also had lots of animals around: cats, horses, pigs, deers and BUNNIES! (which happen to be the most adorable beings in the world). Painting, sun, fresh air, cute beings around, my classmates.... In other words, I was ALMOST in heaven because things just couldn't be perfect. But that doesn't matter. :-) Gotta come again next year!

Chemistry Project : work in progress

Me and three other classmates are currently working on a huge chemistry project which we are going to talk about in front of the class next week. We have been given a very nice subject: Drugs... :-) As you can see we are working at the gallery as this was the perfect place where we could meet and work together undisturbed. And the visitors had the wonderful chance to see some artists at work.

Ile de France: Awesome French Project

Me and my dear friend, Ramona have been working on this project for some days. Here it is: Ile de France, the breathtaking map! :)) And some "petit" things here and there..... As only the map seemed too boring. :) We managed to obtain a nice, fat grade with this drawing!

Sinaia Trip

Hey! I came back from a one week trip in the mountains (Sinaia). :) I went there with my family, Smoti's family (we're relatives) and Lelia's family (friends from Paris). It was a great trip :X I really enjoy traveling!!

I love my summer holyday (which is about to end....)!! And this trip was very special! I've been surrounded by really nice people :D I had fun =^__^=

In a word, this trip was: AWESOME!
I enjoyed every moment and ate lots of green nuts :D and PASTA O-O (special thanks to Jean).
